We focus on:
Using collective inquiry cycles to help leaders:
- Develop shared understanding
- Engage in joint work
- Collect evidence of impact
How do we do it?
We provide a hybrid, sustained model of professional learning that blends in-person and virtual experiences, allowing leaders to grow over time rather than through one-off workshops. Our approach includes:
- In-Person Events - High-impact gatherings that launch and anchor the work.
- Virtual Sessions - Strategically timed between in-person sessions to deepen understanding, apply new learning, and reflect.
- Coaching - Personalized 1:1 or small group sessions tailored to individual or team needs, promoting real-time growth and application.
- Instructional Leadership Collectives - Cross role, cross school, district, region and state groups of 8-10 leaders who want to focus on the same common theme. Read more about ILC's here.
Why It Matters
Educators deserve professional learning that:
- Is responsive to their unique challenges and contexts.
- Builds leadership capacity intentionally and over time.
- Provides actionable strategies rooted in research and evidence.
- Elevates system-wide coherence without adding initiative fatigue.
We disrupt the "one-and-done" PD model by offering long-term, embedded support that results in sustainable impact.
Our Approach
- Hybrid Model - Seamlessly integrates in-person and virtual experiences.
- Evidence-Driven - Our strategies are grounded in research and informed by practitioner experience.
- Strengths-Based - We help leaders identify and amplify what’s working, while tackling challenges with clarity and courage.
- Boutique Design - We work closely with each leader to customize the experience, always considering the local context and current reality.
