Join us for our Global Instructional Leadership Network, which is a series of virtual professional learning sessions across the 2024-2025 school year. A partnership between the Instructional Leadership Collective and the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA), each session is a unique opportunity to gain actionable insights, connect with global educators, and directly apply research-based strategies to your work.
We will explore instructional leadership, collective efficacy and the process of collaborative inquiry. Each session promises a blend of engaging discussions, practical insights, and the latest research findings, featuring distinguished guest speakers and researchers.These 90-minute sessions will include:
- Processing time with peers
- Personal learning to leading the learning
- Protocols to help you to deepen your impact
This series is more than just a professional development opportunity; it's a collaborative network aimed at fostering a community of learners who will teach each other through stories, expertise and experience.

Clock hours will be provided for Washington state participants and a certificate of completion will be provided to participants outside of the state of Washington.
